Job summary

National Home Care Corporation is seeking an In-Home Registered Nurse (RN) for a part-time, contract position to deliver in-home nursing care across several counties in Georgia. The RN will assess clients, develop care plans, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with agency standards.

Candidates must hold a current Georgia RN license, CPR and First Aid, and demonstrate strong clinical judgment. Travel to client homes is required, with meticulous documentation in an electronic health record.

Qualifications

• Current Georgia RN license in good standing.
• CPR and First Aid certifications current.
• Strong clinical judgment with ability to develop and adjust care plans.

Responsibilities

• Assess each client's needs and reflect them in individualized care plans.
• Deliver skilled nursing services to promote healing, comfort, and well-being.
• Provide leadership and supervision to LPNs, PCAs, CNAs and other staff.
• Conduct regular supervisory visits, coaching and mentoring to staff.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of client condition and care provided.
• Educate and guide families, clients and staff as needed.
