Caremaster Medical Services is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for Home Care in Cleveland, GA. This PRN/As Needed role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to care for a variety of clients in their homes.

Responsibilities include initial admissions and nursing assessments, supervisory visits, monitoring client condition, and thorough documentation. Georgia RN license and reliable transportation are required, with 1+ year of RN experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Georgia Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Experience in home care, home health, private duty, or community nursing preferred.
• Strong assessment, communication, organization, and documentation skills.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes.
• Ability to work flexible PRN hours and with a variety of clients.

Responsibilities

• Complete initial client admissions and nursing assessments in the home.
• Conduct supervisory visits and monitor the quality of client care.
• Assess client needs and identify changes in condition.
• Communicate with clients, families, caregivers, and the care team.
• Complete accurate nursing documentation and required visit reports.
• Ensure care is provided safely and according to the established plan of care.
• Provide professional, compassionate, client-centered nursing care.
