Job summary

Caremaster Medical Services is seeking a compassionate PRN Registered Nurse (RN) to join our home care team in Georgia. The role focuses on initial admissions, supervision of care, and ensuring client safety, with flexibility to cover multiple clients in-home.

The ideal candidate holds an active Georgia RN license and has experience in home care or related settings, with strong assessment and communication skills. Travel to client homes and PRN availability are required.

Qualifications

• Active Georgia RN license is required.
• Experience in home care, home health, private duty, or community nursing preferred.
• Strong assessment, communication, organization, and documentation skills.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes.
• Ability to work flexible PRN hours with a variety of clients.

Responsibilities

• Complete initial client admissions and nursing assessments in the home.
• Conduct supervisory visits and monitor quality of client care.
• Assess client needs and identify changes in condition.
• Communicate with clients, families, caregivers, and the care team.
• Complete accurate nursing documentation and required visit reports.
• Ensure care is provided safely and according to the plan of care.
• Provide professional, compassionate, client-centered nursing care.
