Job summary
Genesiscareers is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality nursing care in a long-term care setting. Under supervision, you will develop care plans, administer treatments, and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
The ideal candidate holds an ADN or BSN, an active RN license, BLS/CPR certification, and strong communication skills. Prior geriatric care experience is preferred. Comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities are offered.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (ADN or BSN).
- Active, current RN license in the state.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
- Experience in long-term care, post-acute, geriatric nursing preferred.
- Proficient in English for documentation and communication.
- Must meet health screening requirements.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive clinical assessments and develop care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments.
- Supervise LPNs and CNAs in patient care.
- Coordinate with physicians and families for care and discharge planning.
- Maintain accurate, real-time PCC documentation.
- Ensure HIPAA compliance and infection control.
