Job summary

Innova Solutions has a client seeking an RN Cath Lab in Rowlett, TX for a 13-week, full-time contract. The shift is 5x8, 7:00am - 5:30pm, with on-call requirements and weekend on-call rotation. 40 hours per week; interview is one round.

The ideal candidate will have 2 years Cath Lab experience, multimodality exposure (IR, vascular), and Epic experience is preferred. ACLS and BLS are required certifications.

Qualifications

• 2 years Cath Lab experience required.
• Multimodality (IR, Vascular, Cath Lab) experience required; Epic exp preferred.
• Current RN license with ACLS and BLS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care using the nursing process.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Promote safe passage and minimize delays in care.
• Delegate tasks according to Texas Nursing Practice Act and staff competencies.

Position type: Full-time - Contract
Duration: 13 weeks
Location: Rowlett, TX
Shift: 5x8, 7:00am - 5:30pm; 40 hours/week
On Call: Yes
Float or Weekend Requirements: weekend on call
Interview Type: 1 round

As an RN Cath Lab, you will:

• The Registered Nurse (RN) is a licensed professional who uses nursing professional practice model to coordinate patient care delivery by the health care team.
• Using the nursing process, the RN assesses the patient, identifies nursing diagnoses based on responses to health problems, develops and implements an individualized plan of care, and evaluates the patient's response.
• The RN promotes safe passage for their patients by using knowledge of patient needs and the healthcare environment to assist patients to transition through the healthcare encounter without any preventable complications or delays.
• The RN delegates interventions to health care personnel based on the Texas Nursing Practice Act, each patient's condition and the competencies of the employee.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 2 years of Cath Lab exp required, multimodality (IR, Vascular and Cath Lab) exp required, epic exp preferred

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Weekly Gross = $2700 - $2897 per week

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
