Job summary

Innova Solutions is seeking an RN - Interventional Radiology for a 13-week contract in Plano, TX. The role requires 2 years IR experience and EPIC proficiency, with RN, BLS, and ACLS certifications. The position includes on-site work with a 7am-7pm/5:30p rotating day off schedule and on-call shifts.

The ideal candidate will coordinate patient care, perform nursing assessments, and ensure safe transitions with a 1:1 patient ratio. This assignment is open to W-2 qualified applicants only.

Qualifications

• RN with Interventional Radiology experience and EPIC proficiency.
• Certification in BLS and ACLS required; neuro IR experience preferred.

On Call: call shift M-F 5:30p-7am, call shifts Sat & Sun 7am-7pm

Job Description

As an RN - Interventional Radiology, you will:

• To coordinate patient care delivery by the health care team.
• Using the nursing process, the RN assesses the patient, identifies nursing diagnoses based on responses to health problems, develops and implements an individualized plan of care, and evaluates the patient's response.
• The RN promotes safe passage for their patients by using knowledge of patient needs and the healthcare environment to assist patients to transition through the healthcare encounter without any preventable complications or delays.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 2 years of Interventional Radiology experience, EPIC experience.
• Scrub Color: Navy Blue - Hospital Provided
• Patient ratio: 1to1

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

• Certification/Degree Requirements: RN, BLS, ACLS
• Neuro IR experience

This position is only open to applicants who can be engaged on a W-2 basis.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Weekly Gross = $3200 - $3345 per week
