Job summary

• This position may require working at another BVMP Practice as needed.

Responsibilities

• Plans and develops interactions for health-related services aligned with current standards for exceptional patient care.
• Identifies the unique physical and emotional needs of each patient.
• Manages clinical patient data.
• Assists provider with patient care as required.
• Follows directions from the provider and assists with chart documentation.
• Educates patients on medical diagnoses and test results.
• Maintains knowledge of regulatory requirements and ensures compliance.
• Collaborates with providers regarding patient condition, treatment plan, and anticipated needs.
• Follow proper line of communication within department management.
• Maintains educational experiences appropriate to skill level.
• Demonstrates growth and development over the life span and assesses data reflective of patient status.
