Qualificações

• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Plans and develops interactions for health related services to ensure exceptional patient care.
• Identify patient needs and collaborate with providers for treatment plans.
• Manage clinical patient data and assist with chart documentation.
• Educate patients regarding medical diagnoses and test results.
• Collaborate with providers regarding patient condition, orders, and anticipated needs.
