Impact Recruiting Solutions is seeking a RN Health Care Facility Surveyor to support a Quality Improvement Consulting Company. This role involves working in a technically engaging environment supporting customers nationwide.

Responsibilities

The position is 100% remote with up to 75% travel. The Surveyor will participate in various surveys for long-term care and other healthcare facilities across the country, applying approved protocols to assess compliance with federal regulations.

• Conduct on-site surveys of Medicare-Medicaid certified facilities.
• Prepare off-site, tour the facilities, observe care, review records, and interview staff and families.
• Evaluate quality of care, patient rights, and physical environment.
• Communicate deficiencies and ensure understanding of cited issues.
• Determine acceptability of corrective plans and conduct follow-ups.
• Assist with training and participate in work groups.

Minimum Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in nursing.
• Completion of CMS's Long-Term Care Basic Training and passing the SMQT.
• At least two years of recent surveyor experience in long-term care facilities.
• Current RN licensure.
• Strong decision-making and independent work skills.
• Ability to travel up to 75%.
