Job summary

Mercy is seeking a dedicated registered nurse to provide comprehensive patient care using the nursing process. You will coordinate care with other departments and uphold patient rights and confidentiality in alignment with Mercy standards.

Qualifications

• Graduated from a school of nursing (AD, Diploma, or BSN).
• Must obtain and maintain RN license in hiring state/compact licensure.
• Certifications such as BLS; ACLS/ALS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, PALS, CPHON, OCN, and C-EFM may be required.
• Other unit-specific certifications may be required within dept.-specified timeframe.

Position Details

Education: Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).

Licensure: Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements.

Certifications:

• Basic Life Support certification or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire.

Physical Requirements

• Position requires the ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 lbs on a regular basis.
