Job summary

Metropolitan Behavioral Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Older Adult Unit. The role coordinates and evaluates patient care, working with the health team to deliver nursing care per standards.

This full-time day shift (7 a.m.–7:30 p.m.) includes rotating holidays and every other weekend; the ideal candidate will have Michigan RN licensure and at least three years in a psychiatric facility.

Qualifications

• RN license valid in Michigan.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a psychiatric health-care facility.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and evaluate patient care with the health team per nursing process and standards of care.
• Oversee and direct LPNs and MHTs on the unit to ensure patient safety and needs are met.
