Job summary

Carmel Hills Wellness & Rehabilitation in Independence, MO is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) for full-time roles on the Day Shift (7:00 AM–7:00 PM) and Night Shift (7:00 PM–7:00 AM). As an RN, you will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, supervise CNAs and support an interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality resident care in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation environment.

Missouri RN licensure, active CPR/BLS, and strong clinical skills are required.

Qualifications

• Current Missouri RN license required.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• CPR/BLS certification or ability to obtain.
• Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing setting.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Perform nursing assessments and monitor patient changes.
• Supervise CNAs and support interdisciplinary team.
• Document care and participate in care conferences.
