Job summary

Carmel Hills Wellness & Rehabilitation in Independence, MO is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for full-time night shifts (7p–7a). Daily pay is available and a $1,500 sign-on bonus accompanies competitive pay.

Walk-in interviews welcome at 810 E Walnut St, Independence, MO, and you will join a supportive team responsible for nursing care, medication administration, and care coordination. We value teamwork and quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Valid RN or LPN license in Missouri (Required)
• Graduate of an accredited RN or LPN program (Required)
• Current CPR/BLS certification (Required)
• Long-term care or rehab nursing experience (Preferred)
• Strong teamwork and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care per facility policies and state regulations
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor residents’ health and report changes to the clinical team
• Assist with admissions, assessments, care planning, and discharges
• Supervise CNAs and ensure care is delivered safely
• Maintain accurate documentation in electronic health records
• Communicate effectively with residents, families and interdisciplinary teams
