Job summary
Carmel Hills Wellness & Rehabilitation in Independence, MO is seeking registered nurses (RNs) for full-time day and night shifts. As an RN you will provide direct care, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and support residents’ safety, dignity, and quality of life.

Qualifications
- Current Missouri RN license required.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current CPR/BLS certification or ability to obtain.
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation preferred.
- New graduates encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care and clinical oversight to residents.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments per orders.
- Monitor vital signs and changes in resident condition.
- Coordinate care with physicians, CNAs, and therapists.
- Complete accurate nursing documentation and records.
- Ensure infection control, safety, and regulatory compliance.
