Job summary

Wellpath / Correct Care Solutions is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct patient care using the nursing process. You will work under the supervision of Charge Nurse(s) to educate patients and support care plans with strong communication and critical thinking.

Responsibilities include administering medications, ordering tests, and assisting with procedures, while documenting encounters and participating in mandatory trainings.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing as RN.
• Maintain current RN licensure in the state of employment.
• CPR certification and clinic experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess and plan individual treatment programs with the Charge Nurse and staff.
• Administer medications, obtain diagnostic tests, and assist with procedures as needed.
• Count controlled substances and follow policies and protocols.
• Document encounters using SOAP notes and attend required meetings.
• Communicate information to nursing staff, physicians, and supervisors.
