Wellpath / Correct Care Solutions is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide patient care using the nursing process under Charge Nurse supervision. You will educate patients and support activities aligned with competencies and education, ensuring clear communication and critical thinking for optimal outcomes.

The role requires an accredited nursing degree, current RN licensure in the state, CPR certification, and at least one year of clinic experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Minimum of one year clinic experience.
• Current RN licensure in the state of employment.
• CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Assess and plan individual treatment programs with Charge Nurse input.
• Administer medications and assist with diagnostic tests or minor procedures.
• Count controlled substances and document nursing encounters.
• Maintain SOAP charting and participate in staff meetings and training.
• Communicate information to nursing staff, physicians, and supervisors.
