Job summary

Wellpath is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care in a facility setting. You will work under the supervision of Charge Nurses to implement care plans, educate patients, and collaborate with a warm, supportive team focused on underserved populations.

The role requires an accredited nursing degree, active RN licensure in the state of employment, and CPR certification, with opportunities for ongoing training and development within a mission-driven organization.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Must maintain current RN licensure in state of employment.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assess and plan patient care using the nursing process under Charge Nurse supervision.
• Administer medications and assist with diagnostic tests and minor procedures as needed.
• Count controlled substances and ensure compliance with policies and protocols.
• Document nursing encounters using SOAP and participate in mandatory staff meetings and training.
• Communicate pertinent information to nursing staff, physicians, and supervisory personnel.
