Wellpath / Correct Care Solutions is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide patient care within our Nursing department. You will follow the nursing process, ensure patient education, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Experience: Prefer a minimum of one (1) year clinic experience.
• Licenses/Certifications: Have and maintain current licensure as a Registered Nurse within the state of employment; CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist in assessing and planning individual treatment programs in collaboration with Charge Nurse(s).
• Implement medical plans by administering medications and assisting with procedures.
• Count controlled substances and document nursing encounters per policy; attend mandatory meetings and trainings.
• Communicate information to nursing staff, physicians, and supervisory personnel as needed.
