Job summary

Citadel Healthcare in Bourbonnais, IL is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide licensed nursing care to residents per physician orders and plan of care. You will assess, implement, and evaluate care while ensuring safety and infection control standards.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree or diploma from an accredited college or university.
• Current license to practice in the State as a Registered Nurse.
• 1 year of experience preferred.
• Long-Term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides licensed care to residents as ordered by physician and per standards.
• Maintains clean, sanitary work areas and patient rooms.
• Monitors vital signs and provides basic nursing care within license limits.
• Documents nurse notes reflecting care and patient response.
• Ensures safety and infection control compliance.
• Coordinates with IDT and communicates with families and staff.
