Citadel Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Glenview facility. You will assume responsibility for a group of residents per shift, delivering licensed care and evaluating the plan of care.

You will coordinate with physicians and families, ensure infection control, and maintain documentation of care. The role requires current RN licensure in Illinois and a nursing degree or diploma.

Responsabilités

• Provides licensed care to assigned residents as ordered by physician and in accordance with standards.
• Maintains clean and sanitary work areas and treatment spaces.
• Monitors vital signs, provides IV and respiratory care as ordered within license.
• Records nursing notes reflecting care provided and resident response.
• Addresses safety risks and ensures infection control standards.
• Directs non-licensed ancillary services to meet care standards.
• Communicates with residents, families, physicians, and staff as required.
• Implements and updates care plans in collaboration with the IDT.
