Community Partners in Strafford County, NH is seeking an RN for Developmental Services to work with a collaborative team, ensuring health and safety for individuals served. The role includes training non-licensed staff in medication administration and coordinating healthcare across services.

You will conduct quality assurance reviews, assist in preparing for audits and certifications, and contribute to improving outcomes for clients.

Qualifications

• RN preferred.
• At least two years of nursing experience.
• Experience in developmental disabilities and/or mental health is preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to utilize technology provided to perform requirements of the job.
• Hold a valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle liability coverage.

Responsabilités

The Role:

As the RN for Developmental Services, you will work collaboratively with team members to ensure the health and safety of individuals served by Community Partners. You will provide training for non-licensed staff in the administration of medications and healthcare coordination for clients. In addition, you will be conducting quality assurance reviews at agency sites and helping to prepare for audits and certifications.

What we’re looking for:
