Job summary

Community Partners is seeking a Per Diem LPN or RN to contribute directly to the health and safety of individuals in Strafford County. You will work closely with a supportive team, addressing medical and psychiatric needs and ensuring treatments and medications are delivered effectively.

You will maintain accurate records, manage medication services, and coordinate injection clinics, serving as a bridge between physical and mental health providers.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) licensed in NH; Psychiatric Nurse Board Certification preferred.
• At least 2 years of relevant nursing experience.
• Non-profit environment experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Proficient with required technology for the role.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle liability coverage.

• Assess and address clients' medical and psychiatric needs.
• Ensure effectiveness of treatments and medications.

What we’re looking for:

• Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse in good standing licensed by the state of NH(Psychiatric Nurse Board Certification preferred)
• At Least 2 years relevant experience required
• Experience working in a non-profit environment preferred but not required
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to utilize technology provided to perform requirements of the job
• Hold a valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle liability coverage.
