Job summary

Community Partners NH is seeking an RN for Developmental Services to work with a collaborative team ensuring the health and safety of individuals served in Strafford County. The role includes training non-licensed staff in medication administration, coordinating healthcare needs, and participating in quality assurance activities to support audits and certifications.

• Experience in developmental disabilities and/or mental health is preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to utilize technology provided to perform requirements of the job.
• Hold a valid driver's license and proof of vehicle liability coverage.

Responsibilities

• Provide training for non-licensed staff in the administration of medications.

The Role

As the RN for Developmental Services, you will work collaboratively with team members to ensure the health and safety of individuals served by Community Partners. You will provide training for non-licensed staff in the administration of medications and healthcare coordination for clients. In addition, you will be conducting quality assurance reviews at agency sites and helping to prepare for audits and certifications.

What We're Looking For

• RN preferred
