Job summary

Bon Secours Health System is seeking an RN Clinical Float Pool to provide care across multiple departments and sites within the Richmond market. The role involves floating as needed, scheduling within shifts, and supporting staffing with a patient‑centered approach.

Qualifications include an RN license in Virginia, Associate's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred), BLS; ACLS/PALS as assigned; and 1 year of acute care experience. EPIC experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate's of Nursing is required.
• BSN preferred.
• Current nursing license in Virginia is required.
• BLS certification is required.
• ACLS and PALS as assigned based on specialty.
• 1 year of acute care RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Float within assigned tiers to support staffing needs.
• Plan and coordinate nursing care using best available evidence.
• Formulate and implement a plan of care for each patient and document appropriately.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement and teamwork.
• Utilize EPIC and maintain clinical standards.
