Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Float Pool Tier 1 at St. Mary’s Hospital. The RN will float to multiple units as needed, delivering high-quality patient care across sites within the market.

Responsibilities include assessing and planning care, coordinating with the health care team, and documenting actions. Requires RN license, BLS, ACLS/PALS per specialty, and one year of acute care experience.

Qualifications

• Associate's of Nursing is required.
• BSN preferred, showing advanced scope of practice.
• Proficiency with nursing documentation and EHR is expected.

Responsibilities

• Float to different units/sites as needed within the market.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Coordinate nursing care and communicate with the care team.
