Job Summary and Qualifications

As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care aligned with departmental standards and state regulations. Collaborating with medical providers and the care team, you will provide personalized, compassionate care following established nursing models such as "Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage." You will advocate for patients, families, and caregivers, embodying our organization's vision, mission, and values to ensure an outstanding patient experience and clinical outcomes.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Assessing patient condition during admission and each shift, reporting any changes promptly.
  • Performing procedures, monitoring, and documenting care as ordered by medical providers.
  • Administering medications, monitoring responses, and taking appropriate actions for adverse reactions.
  • Responding promptly to patient requests, anticipating needs, and resolving issues.
  • Educating patients, families, and caregivers about medical conditions, treatments, medications, side effects, and follow-up care, translating complex medical terminology for clarity.
Qualifications needed:
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 90 days of start date.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of start date.
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within 90 days of start date.
  • Registered Nurse license.
  • Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
