Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing, licensed to practice in Texas.
• Experience in Med-Surg and Telemetry preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required; RN license active.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care using the nursing process for assigned patients.
• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Delegate tasks and coordinate with the care team.
• Ensure patient, family education and discharge planning.
• Administer medications and monitor treatment effects.
