Job summary

Atrium Health Mercy in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Float Pool to float across inpatient units as needed. 40-hour weekly schedule with 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM shifts in a 12-hour rotation, offering a sign-on bonus and relocation bonus for eligible candidates.

The role emphasizes comprehensive patient care, evidence-based practice, and collaboration to ensure safety and exceptional patient experiences across the care continuum.

Qualifications

• 1 year of inpatient nursing experience preferred.
• At least 6 months required experience to come in outside of the New Grad residency program.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care.
• Lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and best patient experience across the continuum.
