Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for its RN Clinical Market Float Pool. The role involves floating to multiple departments and sites within the market to ensure aligned patient care across shifts and staffing needs.

Responsibilities include assessing and planning nursing care, coordinating with clinical managers, and applying evidence-based practices. Requires an active RN license in the designated state, BLS, and 1 year of acute care experience.

Qualifications

• RN in acute care with 1 year of experience (required).
• Current nursing license in the designated state of employment (required).
• BLS required; ACLS/PALS depending on specialty.

Responsibilities

• Float to various departments and sites within markets.
• Schedule day-of staffing and manage more than one assignment in a shift.
• Provide patient care following established standards and participate in quality improvement.
