Job summary

Montrose Regional Health in Montrose, Colorado, is seeking new graduate RNs for our Medical Surgical Unit. The 24-bed unit provides care to pediatric and adult patients with medical and surgical conditions, supported by dedicated caregivers. New graduates must hold a Colorado or compact-state RN license.

BLS is required on hire; ACLS/PALS or ENPC within 9 months. We offer student loan contributions up to 10,800, relocation assistance, mentoring, continuing education, and a 401(k) with employer

Qualifications

New graduates only.
Current Colorado or compact state RN license or ability to obtain license.
Graduation from an accredited nursing program with a Bachelor's, Associate, or Diploma in Nursing.
BLS required upon hire; ACLS and PALS or ENPC within 9 months.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care in the Medical Surgical Unit.
Support pediatric and adult patients with medical and surgical conditions.
Assist with discharge planning and coordination of care.
