Job summary

Mercy Health Cincinnati seeks an RN for the Clinical Float Pool to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care across departments and sites within the market.

The role requires an active Ohio RN license, 1 year of acute care experience, BLS, and a willingness to float across sites; ACLS/PALS as needed. EPIC EHR experience is preferred.

This full-time position features 36 hours per week with evenings and nights shifts, supporting staffing needs and quality care delivery within Mercy Health.

Qualifications

• Active Ohio RN license required.
• 1 year of acute care nursing experience required.
• BLS certification required; ACLS/PALS as appropriate by specialty.
• EPIC EHR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Float across departments and sites within the market as resources allow.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care based on standards.
• Collaborate with clinical team and manager to ensure quality care.
• Document care and participate in quality improvement activities.
