Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking a RN Clinical Float Pool to support multiple departments across markets, providing flexible staffing and patient care. The role requires an Associate's Degree in Nursing, Virginia RN license, BLS, and 1 year acute care experience, with BSN preferred. EPIC EHR experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing (required).
• Current RN license in Virginia (required).
• 1 year of experience as an RN in acute care (required).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; ACLS/PALS depending on specialty.

Responsibilities

• Float to multiple departments across markets based on competency and staffing needs.
• Plan, implement and evaluate patient care using best available evidence.
• Coordinate nursing care and clinical decisions; document appropriately.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
