Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health's West Hospital is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Site Float Pool. The RN will float to multiple departments and sites within the markets to provide high‑quality patient care and to support staffing needs.

This role requires an Associate's Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred), a valid state RN license, BLS, ACLS/PALS as required, and at least 1 year of acute care experience. A sign‑on bonus of up to $5,000 is available.

Qualifications

• Associate's of Nursing is required.
• Bachelor's of Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Current nursing license in the designated state of employment is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
• ACLS and PALS (AHA) required based on specialty assignment.

Responsibilities

• Assess, analyze, plan, implement and evaluate patient care following established standards.
• Float to various departments and sites within markets to provide patient care.
• Participate as a member of the health care team under supervision of a clinical manager.
• Demonstrate awareness of departmental and operating unit goals through quality improvement involvement.
• Coordinate nursing care and clinical decisions using best available evidence.
