Job summary

Mercy Health is seeking an RN to join the Clinical Float Pool. The role will float to multiple departments and sites as needed, providing high-quality nursing care and support across markets.

The RN will coordinate patient care, document interventions, and participate in quality improvement activities under clinical supervision. A BSN is preferred, with a strong emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Nursing is required.
• BSN preferred, not mandatory.

Responsibilities
