AdventHealth in Columbus, North Carolina, is seeking a Part-time Registered Nurse to join the hospital nursing team. You will perform initial and ongoing patient assessments, develop individualized care plans with an interdisciplinary team, and administer medications with careful monitoring of patient responses.

The role requires RN licensure, Associate's degree in nursing, and English fluency. BLS and a preference for a Bachelor's in Nursing are noted, with a focus on compassionate patient care

Qualifications

• RN with Associate's degree required
• BLS and RN licensure required with state credentialing
• Bachelor's in Nursing preferred
• Strong clinical and critical thinking skills
• Must be fluent in English (written and verbal)
• Ability to use EMR and medication dispensing systems

Responsabilités

• Perform and document initial and ongoing patient assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans with the care team.
• Administer medications as ordered and monitor responses.
• Supervise nursing staff to deliver safe, high‑quality care.
• Educate patients and families about care plans and medications.
• Assist physicians with bedside procedures and tests.
• Monitor labs and report abnormalities.
• Provide emotional, spiritual, and psychosocial support to patients and families.
• Maintain infection control and safety standards.
• Document care accurately in the medical record.
