AdventHealth in Columbus, NC is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive patient care on a part-time basis. The role includes assessing patients, developing care plans with the interdisciplinary team, administering medications, and guiding nursing staff to ensure safe, high-quality care.

Qualifications include an Associate's degree in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred), RN license, BLS, and 1+ year acute care experience.

• Associate's degree in Nursing required.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
• 1+ year of acute care hospital experience preferred.
• BLS and RN licensure required.

Responsabilidades

• Perform initial and ongoing patient assessments and document findings.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans with the team.
• Administer medications accurately and monitor responses.
• Supervise nursing staff and ensure policy adherence.
• Educate patients and families about care plans and procedures.
• Assist physicians with bedside procedures and tests.
• Monitor labs and report abnormal results.
• Provide emotional and spiritual support to patients and families.
• Maintain a safe, infection-controlled environment and accurate records.
