Job summary

Legacy Health is seeking a Registered Nurse on our Resource Team to provide patient care across Legacy Health System sites. The RN will be available and flexible to float as needed, ensuring high-quality care and coordination with the clinical team.

Qualified candidates will have a BSN or degree in progress, at least three years of RN experience in the relevant specialty, and pediatric RN experience with PALS/NRP requirements to meet staffing needs.

Qualifications

• Required licensure as a registered nurse (Oregon and Washington licensure).
• Three years of RN experience in the applicable specialty.
• Pediatric RN experience (Pediatric Resource Pool) with PALS and NRP within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Float to various sites within Legacy Health System and provide patient care.
• Collaborate with the health care team under direction of a clinical manager.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care per Legacy Health standards.
• Operate with a flat rate plus differentials while on shift.
