Job summary

Trinity Health’s FirstChoice program seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to support mobile staffing across hospital locations. You will float between Loyola University Medical Center, MacNeal Hospital and Gottlieb Memorial Hospital, ensuring care across specialties with a minimum 36 hours every 6 weeks.

Required are an accredited nursing degree, active RN licensure, and 2+ years of clinical experience. Specialty credentials (ACLS, TNCC, PALS/BLS) are expected per unit.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid RN licensure in applicable state(s).
• Minimum two years of recent clinical experience across specialties.
• Credentials required per specialty (e.g., ACLS, TNCC, PALS). BLS, ACLS and PALS must be through American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Float throughout hospital locations and regions as needed.
• Demonstrate core nursing processes: Assess, Identify Outcomes, Plan, Implement, Evaluate.
• Act independently within license, scope of knowledge and experience.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support quality and improvement.
