Mercy South Float Pool is seeking a dynamic Registered Nurse to provide versatile patient care across Orthopedics, Med/Surg, Telemetry, ICU and more. The role offers growth, continuous learning, and meaningful impact across units within Mercy South Float Pool.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of bedside RN experience, a current MO RN license, and BLS certification. BSN preferred; weekend/evening shifts may apply. Mercy supports RN development and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1–2 years of bedside RN experience.
• Education: Nursing degree from an accredited school (BSN preferred).
• License: Current RN license in the state.
• Certifications: BLS through the American Heart Association.
• Physical requirements/demands: Push, pull, lift 50 pounds regularly; prolonged standing/walking; ability to bend, kneel, twist, squat.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care utilizing the Mercy Nursing Professional Practice Model and nursing process.
• Coordinate patient care in conjunction with other departments.
• Maintain patients' rights and confidentiality of patient information.
