Job summary

Mercy South Float Pool is seeking a dynamic Registered Nurse to provide patient care across multiple units, including Orthopedics, Med/Surg, Telemetry, ICU, ED, and more. This role offers variety, professional growth, and compassionate care in a busy hospital setting.

We offer a $20,000 sign-on bonus, tiered shift differentials, flexible payout options, and benefits starting day one. Current RN license in the state and 1–2 years bedside experience required.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1–2 years bedside RN required.
• Education: Nursing degree from an accredited school (BSN preferred).
• License: Current RN license in the state.
• Certifications: BLS through the American Heart Association.
• Physical requirements: Push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds; prolonged standing and walking.

Responsibilities

• Float to multiple units including Orthopedics, Med/Surg, Telemetry, ICU, Emergency Department, Behavioral Health, Oncology, Neurology, and more.
• Provide direct patient care and coordinate with unit teams.
• Maintain patient rights and confidentiality while delivering care across shifts.
