Job summary

Mercy South Float Pool is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide diverse patient care across Orthopedics, Med/Surg, Telemetry, ICU, Emergency Department, and more. You will collaborate with teams, maintain patient rights, and deliver nursing care across units.

Qualified candidates have 1–2 years of bedside RN experience, a nursing degree (BSN preferred), an active RN license in the state, and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of bedside RN experience.
• Nursing degree from an accredited program; BSN preferred.
• Current RN license in the state where practicing.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Float to multiple units across Mercy South Float Pool to provide patient care.
• Coordinate patient care with other departments while maintaining patient rights and confidentiality.
• Uphold Mercy Service Standards and professional nursing accountability.
