Job summary

Mercy South Float Pool is seeking a dynamic Registered Nurse to provide patient care across multiple units, including Med/Surg, ICU, Telemetry, and more. You’ll contribute to a flexible, mission-driven nursing model while maintaining patient rights and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of bedside RN experience
• Nursing degree from an accredited school (BSN preferred)
• Current RN license in the state
• BLS through the American Heart Association
• Physical requirements: push/pull 50 lbs, prolonged standing/walking, bend/kneel/twist/squat

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care across multiple units within Mercy South Float Pool.
• Coordinate patient care with other departments while maintaining patient rights and confidentiality.
• Adapt to varied shifts and units to support Mercy’s nursing model and service standards
