Advocate Health WI Float Pool is seeking a Med/Surg RN to provide flexible, high‑quality nursing care across multiple Wisconsin facilities. You will self‑schedule, float to 5–7 sites, mostly nights 1900‑0730, 12‑hour shifts, at 0.9 FTE with occasional weekend coverage.

Requirements include an accredited nursing program, active RN license in state, BLS and ACLS, and a minimum of two years Med/Surg experience.

• Experience: 2 years Med/surg RN Experience
• Schedule: Self-Scheduled; day-to-day floating or 6-week float assignments
• Certifications Needed: BLS, ACLS
• 0.9 FTE; Full-Time
• Shift: Nights 1900-0730 (12-hour Shifts)
• Support Sites: Zone 2: St. Luke’s, South Shore, Washington County, Grafton, West Allis Sinai; OR

Pay Range:

$38.20 - $57.30

Aurora Health (now part of Advocate Health) WI Float Pool is a multi‑site resource team supporting Medical Surgical (Med Surg) care across the Wisconsin division. We’re Looking For:

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state of practice
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association; and ACLS
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of Medical Surgical RN experience required
