Job summary

Advocate Health's Wisconsin Float Pool seeks an experienced Med/Surg RN for self-scheduled, flexible shifts across multiple facilities. Nights 1900-0730, 12-hour shifts, and a requirement of 2 years Med/Surg experience with an active RN license; BLS and ACLS are required.

The role offers self-scheduling and cross-site nursing opportunities across zones. Work across 5–7 facilities, gaining diverse clinical exposure while benefiting from competitive pay, shift premiums, and a supportive team

Pay Range:

$38.20 - $57.30

Where You Will Work:

Aurora Health (now part of Advocate Health) WI Float Pool is a multi‑site resource team supporting Medical Surgical (Med Surg) care across the Wisconsin division. Float RNs provide adaptable, high‑quality nursing care across multiple hospitals and units based on organizational need. Teammates must be flexible, skilled, and ready to deliver exceptional care in a wide variety of settings.

We’re Looking For:

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state of practice
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association; and ACLS
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of Medical Surgical RN experience required
