Qualifications

• Current NH RN license is required.

• Strong clinical nursing skills and ability to work fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Render professional nursing care and carry out provider orders within assigned units.
• Provide comprehensive clinical documentation including care plans each shift.
• Communicate patient information effectively through bedside shift reports, rounds, and hourly rounding.
• Maintain compliance with unit-specific competencies and complete required learning modules.
• Promote a culture of well-being and safety within the department.
• Identify and correct patient care safety issues and support error reporting.
