Job summary

Concord Hospital in New Hampshire is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join the RN Premium Float Team. This float role lets you apply diverse clinical skills across acute care settings, exposing you to medical/surgical and critical care units.

You will grow your skill base while supporting patient care in a high-volume environment. Requirements include a BSN preferred, NH RN licensure, BLS certification, and at least one year of nursing experience.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited School of Nursing; BSN preferred.
• Registered Nurse with NH Board of Nursing licensure.
• BLS (American Heart Association) required.
• Minimum of one year clinical nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Gathers data through history and physical assessment to plan care.
• Develops and revises the patient’s plan of care as needs change.
• Documents care and patient progress toward outcomes.
• Directs and supervises others in delegated nursing tasks.
• Educates patients and families about plan of care and post-discharge care.
• Administers medications and provides direct patient care.
• Leads health care team and serves as preceptor for new staff.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
