Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited RN program.
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in acute care.
• Licensed RN in Vermont with BLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP within required timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care across multiple units including ED, PCU, BC, ACU, and PACU.
• Adapt to staffing needs by floating between units and coordinating with care teams.
• Deliver safe, high-quality care using the nursing process and assist with discharge planning.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient-centered care and continuity across shifts.
