Meadowview Regional Medical Center in Maysville, KY is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for its Float Pool. This full-time role includes 3x12 day shifts (7a-7p) with a sign-on bonus based on eligibility.

The RN will provide direct patient care across multiple units, float to maintain nurse-to-patient ratios, and manage ventilators and critical drips in ICU settings. Ideal candidates hold an active Kentucky RN license, with 2–4 years of critical care experience and BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications.

Competenze

• Active Kentucky RN license required.
• 2–4 years of critical care experience preferred.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS within specified timeframes.
• Associate's degree required; bachelor's preferred.

Mansioni

• Provide direct patient care across MS, IMC, ICU, Women's Services, ER, and Fleming ER.
• Document patient care and monitor patient condition.
• Assist with activities of daily living and patient transfers.
• Educate patients and families; coordinate with care team and other departments.
• Floats to maintain safe nurse-to-patient ratios and manage ICU ventilator care.
