Cleveland Clinic Main Campus is seeking an RN for the Float Pool. This role involves caring for post‑operative urology and overflow surgical patients, with focus on pain control, bowel and bladder function, DVT prevention and ambulation.

Cleveland Clinic’s Float Pool is dedicated to the care of post‑operative urology and overflow surgical patients and focuses on pain control, return of bowel and bladder function, DVT prevention and ambulation. Patients in this unit range in age from young adult to geriatric, however, the most common patient population is approximately 65 years old. Some of the primary procedures performed on this unit include partial nephrectomy, radical nephrectomy, radical prostatectomy, urolithiasis, and cystectomy with continent/incontinent urinary diversion.
A caregiver in this position works day/night rotation, from 7:00am—7:30pm and 7:00pm—7:30am.
