Aurora Health Care Metro, Inc. is seeking an Internal Float RN for its Float Pool at Aurora St. Luke’s Medical Center in Milwaukee, WI.

The role supports Med/Surg, Telemetry, and ED Boarding units, delivering high-quality, patient-centered care across multiple specialty areas within a single facility. You will float between Med/Surg, Telemetry, and ED Boarding units, with potential ICU care on transfer orders, while maintaining professionalism and clinical excellence in fast-paced settings.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• RN license valid in state of practice.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers (AHA) certification.
• Minimum 18 months Med Surg or Telemetry RN experience (2 years preferred).

Responsibilities

• Floating between Med/Surg, Telemetry, and ED Boarding units, with possible ICU care on transfer orders.
• Provide safe, evidence-based, patient-centered care in fast-paced environments.
• Adapt to each unit’s workflow and support teams with professionalism and clinical excellence.
• Demonstrate strong communication, sound decision-making, and leadership skills.
